Description
Responsibilities- Coordinate local operational risk related activities including client complaints, legal case investigation, operational risk incident and mishandling reporting
- Participate in local risk governance forums and engage with private bankers in North Asia on risk and control related matters
- Conduct risk analysis and engagement on specific client related matters
- Support trend analysis and management reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- A minimum of 5 years in private banking or related risk and control experience
- Proactive and positive work attitude
- Strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders
- Detail-orientedness
- Good Excel skills
- Strong risk and control mindset and business acumen
