The Role
You will play a key role in designing and implementing trading controls across Korea markets, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and market structure. This position sits at the intersection of trading, compliance and technology, providing both strategic input and hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting and implementing pre- and post-trade controls across Korea markets
• Engaging with brokers, exchanges and market participants to stay close to regulatory developments (e.g. UTP, short selling and market-specific nuances)
• Translating regulatory requirements and market feedback into scalable controls frameworks
• Partnering with trading, business development, compliance and technology teams to support ongoing expansion
• Monitoring trading activity and assessing interaction with control mechanisms as volumes and strategies evolve

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience in trading controls, market structure, or electronic trading compliance
• Strong understanding of Korea Exchange rules and trading regulations
• Familiarity with electronic trading systems and control frameworks
• Ability to work cross-functionally with traders, developers and compliance stakeholders
• Korean and English fluency required
