This progressive company, which continues to develop and sell relevant products to its consumer base, is currently experiencing a level of growth that requires them to add staff to their back-office team. They are a stable operation, with long-term plans and require a part-time accountant to provide additional support across a variety of duties. Based in the Eastern suburbs, they are looking for a local person to work in the office on a part-time basis.

Your new role

Day-to-day accounting

Analyse budgets, variances and financial performance

Provide financial insights for decision-making

Month and year-end closing.

Reconciliations, accruals and fixed assets

Balance sheet, journals, cash flow, reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed
CA/CPA qualified, nearly qualified or similar level of work experience High level of capability working as an accountantSME backgroundAbility to complete a hands-on roleAbility to work in a team where everyone is equal
