Description
Responsibilities- Monitor operational risk to ensure compliance with the Firm's framework, including preparing risk reporting, analytics, and top risk identification
- Lead Risk and Control Self Assessments to ensure risks are identified, assessed and reported
- Supervise incident management, including data collection, analysis, and tracking of issues and actions
- Coordinate regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and compliance testing
- Conduct thematic reviews to enhance controls and mitigate risks
- Monitor business continuity planning and crisis management in line with HKMA operational resilience requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 3 years of experience in risk management or control functions
- Knowledge of private banking products
- Strong verbal and written English and Chinese
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
