Full-Time OB/GYN Opportunity | Stayton, Oregon
$400,000-$425,000 Base Salary + RVUs + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

You'll inherit an established patient panel from a retiring physician, join a collaborative team with virtually no staff turnover in five years, and help shape the future of a growing women's health program in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley.

Competitive Compensation: $400,000-$425,000 base salary plus RVU incentives, $10,000 sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, $3,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days, 34 days of PTO, comprehensive health, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage.
Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a predictable workweek with 3 clinic days, 1 dedicated OR day, 34 hours of patient care, and 6 hours of protected administrative time. Office hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Manageable Call: Shared weekday call (2 nights/week) and a 1:4 weekend rotation, with an experienced CNM handling the majority of first-call responsibilities to help maintain work-life balance.
Collaborative Team: Practice alongside another OB/GYN, a Certified Nurse Midwife, Women's Health NP/PA, two consistent locum physicians, and an experienced support staff that genuinely enjoys working together.
Full-Scope Practice: Provide community-based obstetrics and comprehensive gynecologic care, including C-sections and surgery, with anesthesia, NICU support, and referrals for high-risk pregnancies when needed.
Practice in One Location: One clinic. One hospital. One EPIC EMR. Spend your time caring for patients instead of traveling between facilities.
Growing Women's Health Program: Help expand annual deliveries from 200 to 350 while contributing to a brand-new women's health clinic opening this year.
Employed Stability: No partnership buy-in, ownership risk, or administrative burden, just the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships in an established practice.
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- MD or DO from an accredited residency program
- ACLS certified and eligible for Oregon licensure
- New graduates, experienced physicians, residents, and international medical graduates are encouraged to apply
