Headquartered in New York City with 15 additional management offices around the US and client servicing offices in Bellevue, WA; New York, NY; Winston-Salem, NC; Munich, Germany; and Melbourne, Australia.
Sentinel manages a diversified group of commingled funds and separate accounts featuring both apartment and commercial property investments pursuing core, core-plus and value-added strategies.
The firm's client base includes 61 clients, both domestic and international, including public funds, corporate funds, endowment funds, insurance companies, Taft-Hartley pension and profit sharing plans and high net work individuals.
Since its formation, Sentinel has acquired and managed nearly $9 billion of direct real estate investments including over 132,000 apartment units and over 27 million square feet of commercial space. Sentinel currently manages approximately $4.5 billion in real estate assets.
