iSurity, a growing organization in the insurance industry, is seeking exceptional people to join our team in the Greensboro/High Point, North Carolina area.

The primary departments at iSurity are Claims Case Management, Underwriting and Risk Management. Positions include Claims Case Manager, Underwriter, Risk Manager and Business Develpment.
Experience in the insurance industry is not required ~ the insurance skills and knowledge can be taught to a successful candidate. Every position at iSurity is based upon providing superior customer service at all levels.
iSurity employees provide superior service by creating and maintaining positive customer experiences that build confidence, satisfaction and loyalty with every customer interaction. The work environment is very fast-paced and employees respond to a wide range of telephone/written inquiries and product/service matters.
Claims Case Managers are primarily responsible for investigating, determining compensability and managing workers' compensation claims.
Underwriter duties include building and maintaining relationships with contracted independent insurance agents. Underwriters review submissions, prepare premium quotations and review accounts for renewal.
Risk Management Representatives develop and administer risk management and safety & loss programs, conducts site surveys and work very closely with both the Claims and Underwriting departments.
Business Development is responsible for increasing new submissions, quotes and premium primarily through the promotion of retail web based and telephone quoting systems.
Requirements include:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to assess client needs and address difficult situations while fostering excellent customer relationship.
2. Strong problem solving techniques, with the ability to take ownership.
3. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond in a clear, concise and professional manner.
4. Excellent time-management and self-management skills. Ability to manage own time and commitments, stress, work style and self-development.
5. Basic knowledge of computers, systems and programs and the ability to use them in accomplishing tasks.
