A day in the life.
As our Rotating Insurance Summer Intern, you'll embark on a 10-week rotational program that offers hands-on experience in both Business Insurance and Employee Health & Benefits. You'll play a key role in supporting our service platform while developing skills essential for a career in insurance. You'll work closely with the servicing team to manage and analyze client, prospect, and carrier data, create and update deliverables, and organize internal resources and tools. Your day-to-day will involve prioritizing tasks to meet client and agency expectations while ensuring data integrity and quality by following established workflows and using internal resources efficiently. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions, insurance courses, and team meetings, and collaborate with mentors and fellow interns on projects and presentations.

Our future colleague.
We'd love to meet you if your background includes the following:

• 1+ years of undergraduate completed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about pursuing insurance as a career path post-graduation
• Ability to work in our headquarter office in Schaumburg, IL twice a week

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Pursuing BS/BA Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field
• Intermediate or advanced skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel
