Join a fast‑growing payments company as our Risk Executive. You'll play a key role in safeguarding operations by driving AML/CFT compliance, transactions monitoring, managing enterprise risks, and staying ahead of regulatory changes.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll:

• Implement and monitor AML/CFT frameworks in line with MAS requirements
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and ongoing transaction monitoring.
• Investigate suspicious transactions and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
• Support risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting
• Partner with regulators, auditors, and internal teams on AML/CFT queries and inspections
• Assist the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in regulatory filings, audits and stakeholder communications
• Deliver training to build a strong culture of compliance

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with experience in AML compliance, risk management, or regulatory compliance
• Experience with CDD/EDD, STR reporting, and AML transaction monitoring, MAS regulations
• Good communication and team player skills
