SUMMARY
The OKC Loss Control Analyst position will assist the OKC Fraud Department Manager with operational loss prevention, detection, investigation, and reporting activities associated with BancFirst systems and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Review all Large Items (Above $5k) and assigned reports for fraud prevention
Assist Manager with pulling evidence for Fraud Cases for prosecution
Professional and effective communication with branch personnel via email and phone
Investigative thought process to identify risk
Support the formulation and execution of loss prevention education
Assist with the design and implementation of risk detection and monitoring systems
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job
Actively participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to remain current on policy and procedures for all areas of the department

REQUIREMENTS
Initiative and drive

Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
Ability to work under limited supervision with latitude for initiative and independent judgment
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Must possess the ability to perform in a highly sensitive and confidential environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds
