Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational risk frameworks and policies
- Partner with front office, middle office, and support functions to identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across business units
- Design, monitor, and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to track emerging risks
- Perform risk assessments, scenario analysis, and control testing
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with reguators and global standards
- Provide training and guidance to business units on risk awareness and best practices
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and committees
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operational risk within investment banking or financial services
- Master's degree is a must (Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related discipline preferred)
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
