Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for driving automation initiatives to assess and monitor third-party risk posture, secured integration of tools, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting and dashboards. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Python scripting, and AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
Automation & AI Solutions:
- Design and implement intelligent automation workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Copilot, and Power BI.
- Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party SaaS platforms via APIs and custom connectors.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven tools for automating third-party risk management workflows, generating risk reports, cyber incident response and simplifying documentation tasks.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Hands-on experience in Azure Synapse for data integration and analytics.
- Define and track KPIs, KRIs, and KCIs for vendor risk management.
- Ensure seamless data integration with Dataverse and apply SQL/data modeling principles.
- Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity domains (e.g., governance, access control, vulnerability management, cloud security, AI & model risk).
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2) and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into solutions.
- Present executive-level dashboards and insights to senior leadership.
- Mentor team members on automation, reporting, and issue management processes.
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure Synapse, SQL and Python scripting.
- Proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least nine or more years of experience in the field of automation, analytics and Technology Security. Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform (PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600) and Python-related certifications (e.g., PCEP, PCAP) are preferred and will be considered a plus.
