Description
Location: ColchesterSalary: £24,570 (pro‑rata) + Generous Quarterly Bonus with earning potential of up to £28,570 (pro‑rata)
Hours: Flexible part‑time hours between 8am-6pm, including our core hours of 10am-2pm, plus occasional Saturdays.

What You'll Do:
Support customers over phone & email - customer service experience is essential
Learn new skills in a supportive, friendly team
Bring your positivity and passion for helping people - we'll teach you everything else!
Training & Working Pattern:
Start date: 5th May 2026
Training: 3 weeks, office‑based, 9:30am-3pm (5th-22nd May)
Office-based initially, with hybrid working (1-2 days WFH depending on hours) once competent
