Description

Responsibility

• Provide comprehensive oversight of internal AI and IT-related projects, including but not limited to project initiation, planning, progress tracking, and post-project evaluation.
• Write project reports and progress updates to ensure accurate and timely communication of information.
• Create credit reports and handle data analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate actively with IT, risk, business departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth project advancement.
• Explore and drive the application of new technologies in business operations to promote innovative practices in AI technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis or report preparation, preferably in retail banking. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials may also be considered for junior roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SAS programming
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, large language models (LLMs), or generative AI applications is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
