Bookkeeper Your new company

Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a dynamic, proactive and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join their busy team. The role would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys supporting a team with high standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Your new role
Key Responsibilities:

• Processing daily transactions and bank reconciliations
• Managing Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Processing payroll
• Handle invoicing and payments (weekly and monthly)
• Maintain ledgers and monthly financial tracking
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and ensure compliance with BAS and PAYG requirements
• General bookkeeping duties including data entry and maintaining financial records

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a professional services environment

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional presentation and a positive attitude
